Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by 6rwine. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Bangladesh to register and use 6rwine.

One Account Only

Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Member" or "Player") and 6rwine (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://6rwine.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application services operated under the 6rwine brand.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of 6rwine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 6rwine, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

  • You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
  • You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party.
  • You are not registering an account for commercial purposes, syndicate play, or on behalf of an organisation without prior written consent from 6rwine.
  • You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 6rwine or any affiliate, subsidiary, or technology provider directly associated with the Platform.
  • You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by 6rwine for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws and regulations applicable to your place of residence.

6rwine reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, including the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) registered account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 6rwine support immediately via live chat.

One Account Per Household: In addition to the one-account-per-person rule, 6rwine limits accounts to one per household address and one per shared device or IP address where evidence of shared use is present. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse and to maintain a fair gaming environment for all members.
4 Account Verification

6rwine operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Verification may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including but not limited to prior to your first withdrawal, when a significant change in account activity is detected, or when a promotional threshold is reached.

Documents that may be requested during the verification process include, but are not limited to:

  • A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate).
  • Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
  • Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered mobile wallet account showing your name and number, or a bank statement showing the account holder name).
  • A selfie photograph holding your identification document, as requested by the compliance team.

Until verification is completed to the satisfaction of 6rwine, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. 6rwine will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a Member's failure to provide the required verification documents promptly and in the required format.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are used exclusively for identity verification purposes and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

6rwine supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be communicated through the Platform. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to current operational status.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). There is no platform-side deposit fee imposed by 6rwine, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your 6rwine account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are set at the account level and communicated within the account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 6rwine targets processing all withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes of approval during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

  • Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
  • Any deposit that has not been wagered at least once in full is subject to a processing fee of up to 10% upon withdrawal at the discretion of 6rwine, to account for payment network costs.
  • 6rwine reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the account balance if the request has not yet been processed and an unresolved compliance query exists on the account.
  • All amounts shown in the account balance and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
6 Bonuses & Promotions

6rwine offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournament cycles. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to the individual offer, which take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in the event of a conflict.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
  • Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before fulfilling the requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
  • Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or combined with another Member's account.
  • 6rwine reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the applicable consumer protection standards.
  • Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit, multi-accounting for bonus collection, or wagering on excluded game categories — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
7 Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the 6rwine platform — including live casino titles, slot games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game and the technical specifications of the software provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by the game server shall be the definitive and binding record of the result.

Members agree to use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment and to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited during gameplay:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
  • Exploiting software errors, bugs, or malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported immediately and will be void.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games, fishing games, or multiplayer formats.
  • Placing bets with the intent to hedge, arbitrage, or guarantee a profit across multiple accounts or in combination with other platforms.
  • Communicating in a threatening, abusive, or offensive manner through any chat or messaging feature within the Platform.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — 6rwine will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve any resulting dispute fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure attributable to 6rwine, the stake for that round will be returned to the Member's account balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

6rwine is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a gaming environment that minimises the risk of harm. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools available to all Members from within the account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion options (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).

Members who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact 6rwine support via live chat for confidential assistance. 6rwine strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 18. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept personal responsibility for monitoring your own gambling activity. 9 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the conduct restrictions outlined in Section 7, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6rwine platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

  • Providing false, fraudulent, or misrepresented information during registration, verification, or any communication with 6rwine.
  • Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or applicable international law.
  • Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
  • Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems without authorisation.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software, interface, or game content.
  • Operating or participating in any scheme to defraud 6rwine or its Members, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, withdrawal limits, or bonus restrictions already applied to an existing account.

Where 6rwine determines that a Member has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to void all bets and game outcomes associated with that activity, confiscate any funds in the account balance (including deposited funds where fraud is evidenced), and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 6rwine platform — including but not limited to the 6rwine brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, written content, game content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6rwine or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the Member.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 6rwine.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwine, its officers, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from a technical failure, service interruption, or maintenance period.
  • Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access was facilitated by your own negligence.
  • Any financial loss or liability incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted through the Platform.
  • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment networks including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 6rwine uses all reasonable efforts to maintain continuous, error-free service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

Note: Nothing in this section limits 6rwine's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 6rwine Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account with 6rwine, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

6rwine implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions, encrypted storage of sensitive account data at rest, and access control protocols to prevent unauthorised internal access to Member records. Despite these measures, no system is entirely impenetrable. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

13 Account Closure

Closure by the Member: You may request the closure of your 6rwine account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 6rwine will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (subject to verification requirements) and deactivate the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by 6rwine: 6rwine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
  • The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
  • Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
  • The Member has failed to complete the required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
  • A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.

In cases where an account is closed by 6rwine due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 6rwine will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Member within a reasonable period.

14 Amendments

6rwine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where an email address is registered on the account, via email notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the change. 6rwine recommends that all Members review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current rules.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the 6rwine customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures, and the language of proceedings shall be English.

6rwine makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legally available for use in jurisdictions outside its operating territory. If you access the Platform from outside the supported region, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to you.
